At Apéro Label, we want you to love your new pieces, so if your order isn't quite right, we offer returns for store credit or exchange within 30 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original garment tags and labels remain attached to the pieces.
Download and Attach Label
Generate and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized postal location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your credit or exchange within 5 business days of arrival.
